My Background
With over a decade of experience in the advertising tech industry, I’ve navigated both the bustling corridors of giant corporations and the dynamic environments of start-ups. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship, and during the lockdown, I returned to university to study Psychology. I am committed to understanding and supporting people on a deeper level.
I'm an ACC coach accredited by the ICF, trained through the Professional Goal-Centric Coaching Program at the John Molson School of Business. Lifelong learning is a core value for me, and I will continue to update my knowledge and skills.
Additionally, I’m a 500-hour trained yoga teacher and a holistic nutritionist. I meditate, run, dance, and am deeply interested in the mind-body connection. I believe in the power of interconnectedness, where nothing exists in isolation.
My Mission
My mission is to support you on both your professional and personal development journey, offering compassionate and respectful support that empowers you to achieve your goals and fully express your authentic self in every aspect of life.
I believe that when individuals are nurtured in their growth, they can shape a future that positively impacts everyone within their ecosystem. When your cup is full and overflowing with joy, you’re better equipped to lead and inspire meaningful change in the world, adding deeper significance to your own life.
Having lived in 8 different countries, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse cultures, customs, languages, and people. This global experience has been incredibly enriching, and I warmly welcome clients from all over the world, regardless of their work, ethnic, or religious backgrounds.

My Approach
Influenced by Dr. Carl Rogers's person-centred approach, I engage with every client with the belief that they are their own best experts, and that they are naturally drawn to self-actualization. My role here is to create a safe space for exploration, and demonstrate positive regard for you to be empowered to achieve your goals, through goal-centric conversations.
In a partnership we cultivate, I encourage you to freely choose topics and actions that you think are appropriate. My clients are considered the primary decision-makers, and the expert in the topic of the coaching sessions. As the expert in the process, I employ conversational frameworks and exercises that would best serve the needs of each client.
I see my clients as whole beings, recognizing that work, personal life, and all roles are deeply interconnected. I address the entire person, not just isolated issues or specific roles.

I follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

What Coaching is, and is not...
What Coaching Is
-
Structured conversations to help you achieve your goals.
-
Non-directive professional relationship.
-
Shared responsibility between the two parties: the client as the expert in the subject & the coach as the expert in the process.
-
A thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential.
-
A process of unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
-
Intentionally pursuing a particular outcome or a state of being
What It is NOT
-
Casual conversations never moving toward to achieve your goals.
-
Aimless exploration of ideas and possibilities without an end goal or vision for success.
-
Mentoring: providing expert knowledge and practical guidance based on coach's experience.
-
Consulting: giving advice or proposing solutions.
-
Therapy: dwelling on the past to discover the root causes of a person's dysfunctions. Although it can be therapeutic to have a supportive coach who listens empathically, it is not therapy. This means, rather than focusing on the past, we will focus on the future and action plans to realize desired outcome!

-
Thereafter, depending on the program/package you have chosen, we will define our session goals and objectives, and explore options for actions to tackle the topic at hand, with proven coaching processes.
-
For open-topic coaching sessions, it will be most effective if you have ideas for what topics to tackle during our sessions together. This would give more room for more creativity and inspiration.

We will together design action plans and agree on the measurements for results for your development.
